How to Lose Belly Fat
People everywhere are clueless when it comes to how to lose belly fat. Most of you out there end up falling for some marketing scheme that promises you a flat stomach but never works.
Well there is hope for you yet. The problem most people have is a lack of knowledge.
Gadgets and fancy pills won’t get rid of belly fat. What will work are the tried and true principals of weight loss and no I don’t mean doing sit-ups.
Understanding how to lose belly fat should be your first step.
The very first thing you should know is that sit-ups and crunches will do next to nothing to helping you lose fat around your belly. What it will do is build up the muscle and make it more defined but the fat will remain.
You should also understand that how fat you are is directly affected by your diet. The old saying goes abs are made in the kitchen not the gym.
I get sick and tired of all the gimmicks and infommercials out there that promise you a perfect body. The simple truth is they’re lieing to you. All of these products are a joke and there is no magic pill that will get rid of it for you. When a real one comes around I’ll be the first to jump on board. Until then stop wasting money.
Here’s how to lose belly fat:
1. Stop eating sugar.
2. Drink a lot of water before meals.
3. Get off your lazy butt.
4. Eat more vegetables instead of complex carbs like bread.
5. Cut down the salt in your diet. (this helps with bloating)
6. If you belong to a gym learn about interval training. (boring cardio is a waste of time)
Those are the basic fundamentals for losing belly fat. The key factors are what you put in your mouth. Sugar is a much bigger culprit when it comes to belly fat. It sounds crazy but it’s true. Just look at the atkins diet, it’s loaded with fat and protein and yet people drop weight quick. I don’t recommend that diet though.
You should be looking into topics like how to speed up metabolism, interval training, and how to cut sugar out of your diet.
These are the things that will help you lose abdominal fat and weight. Weight loss is 90% diet. You don’t burn enough calories exercising for it to make the kind of impact you want. Your metabolism will eventually acclimate to the exercises. That’s why interval training is crucial to losing the fat.
